Views, analytics and quota stops

Read the timer's charts and distinguish image requests from team billing usage.

Timer Usage

Day shows the last 30 days. Month shows the last 12 calendar-month buckets, including the current month. Dates are grouped in UTC.

The total views caption sums the daily records loaded for this page, currently the last 365 days. It is not an unlimited lifetime counter. The oldest calendar month shown can be partial.

Counts are aggregated from image-request logs, so new views may appear after processing rather than immediately. Refresh the information page after the processing interval if you are checking a test.

What counts

Eligible public image requests contribute to usage. Dashboard editor previews, saved-timer previews and list thumbnails use a separate private path and do not count.

Opening a copied public URL, viewing a downloaded HTML file or loading a test email can count. Views do not identify unique people: a proxy may fetch once for several opens, or an automated system may request an image without a human opening it.

Team Views Usage

The team's Billing > Views Usage widget measures the current allowance cycle across its timers. Its Used value is not expected to equal the historical total on one timer's information page.

Usage allowances use 30-day windows, including on annual plans; paid renewals can align/reset the applicable window. Use the dates displayed in Billing for your team's current cycle.

Why a timer becomes one frame

When a Free team reaches its allowance, the service can stop animation and return one frame. A paid team with a scheduled cancellation is also subject to quota stopping when its allowance is exhausted.

An eligible active paid subscription without a scheduled cancellation can continue into paid overage. This does not mean additional views are free. Check the overage amount and debt information in Billing.

A new timer created for a quota-stopped team is subject to the same rule. Creating more timers does not bypass the team's limit. Quota stopping is distinct from the timer's date-based expiration.

When an applicable new usage cycle starts and the quota-stop condition no longer applies, the automatic quota restriction is removed. This does not promise to undo a separate manual stop.

If the charts remain empty

First confirm that you requested the public image rather than a private preview. Then check the correct team/timer, the quota state and the processing delay. If valid public requests still do not appear, contact support with the timer identifier and approximate UTC time; do not include sensitive recipient data.
